I herby agree to the following terms and conditions of this contract for the duration of the contract.

I the undersigned understand that:

LET'S BOUNCE is not responsible for any injury or damage incurred by persons or property during the hire period.

I am responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment and that I am to ensure it is collected in the same condition as it was delivered.

I may be charged if the equipment requires cleaning, drying or repairing after collection and that I may be charged for loss of revenue if the equipment is returned unfit for re hire.

Adult supervision must be kept whilst equipment is in use.

Problems and faults should be reported immediately by phoning 01283 551329 or 07977 135299 under no circumstances should repairs be attempted unless under instruction by LET'S BOUNCE.

Pegs and ropes must stay in place during the hire period. (please do not attempt to move or pack away equipment unless instructed to do so properly.)

The surface of the equipment is very slippery when wet. Light showers may be wiped off with a dry towel, if the rain is heavy it is advisable not to be used.

The equipment must not rub or chafe on any object that is likely to cause damage.

The equipment must not be used in strong windy conditions.

The equipment must not be used by persons under the influence of alcohol.

Persons with back, neck or any other medical conditions should not use the equipment

Shoes and other sharp objects such as buckles must be removed.

Necklaces and scarves should be removed.

Food and drink must not be taken on to the equipment.

Adults should not use equipment designed for children.

The equipment should not be overloaded.

The walls should not be used for climbing on.

Silly string should not be used on or near the equipment.
